How we work together as freelance dog walkers
We each cover an area which overlaps with another. As a customer, you will be allocated a primary and a back-up dog walker, who will also have regular contact with your dog, therefore understanding his/her needs too. This will provide you with a consistent service should your primary walker be unavailable, even if only because of something as trivial as car trouble. In return, we ask you to provide Dogaerobics with two sets of house keys.

DOG TRAINING
To help ensure the safety of your dog whilst in our care, we require that you maintain a reasonable level of recall and obedience training. For information on recommended trainers, please ask your dog walker. We work very closely with Dave Currier of one-to-one training.
INSURANCE
We strongly suggest that all dogs are insured. When seeking an insurance company please check your dog is covered whilst out walking or boarding with a professional walker. Again, your walker can suggest a company if you are struggling to find one. Here are a couple of insurance companies that we currently use:
FEEDBACK
We need a certain level of openness with you regarding your dog. You will receive both positive and possibly negative feedback occasionally, should your dog's behaviour require attention. (We all have our moments)
